Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Items sold on NoDrillSales.com are considered special order and have very specific return restrictions.


ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION TO BE ACCEPTED.  PLEASE CONTACT US TO REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION OR NO REFUND MAY BE ISSUED.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Partial quantities or incomplete orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for any type of return.  No partial refunds or credit will be given.


Items must be in the original packaging.


Orders need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. No refund or store credit will be issued for any returned items that are determined to be unsellable, damaged or incomplete.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



Shipping

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


If there are any costs associated with receiving your return, i.e. unpaid freight delivery fees, the shipment may be refused by us, or any costs will be deducted from your refund.



Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
